Native American School Days was held the last week of September with the Three Sisters Garden presenting Mississippian Culture and Companion Garden practices!

It was held for four days with eleven Master Gardener volunteers teaching 1,371 students and teachers from 21 area schools. This does not include parents, grandparents and relatives who were also in attendance. Schools were allotted 30–40 minute rotations with the day lasting an average of seven hours. The schools that participated were from Central Kentucky to Northern Spencer County. Students came from rural schools from small communities to large public schools to inner city schools to private schools to Home Schooled Children. Thanks to all who made this event a success!
