Achievement Awards were given out at the SWIMGA Holiday Dinner.

Kenita Ball, Nancy Harper, and Sandra Schwartz were recognized as the 2025 Master Gardeners of the Year. The Garden Projects of the year were the Hartman Arboretum and Sunrise Park Garden. SWIMGA also awarded the Master Gardener Legacy Award to Mary Ann Hughes in recognition of her leadership and sustained contributions to SWIMGA.

The Three Sisters Garden at Angel Mounds will be participating in a special seed planting project this year. Weed Pulls at North Woods in January and February 2026 and year-round.
